Application of mineral phosphorus fertilizer influences rhizosphere chemical and biological characteristics

چکیده
Soil microorganisms directly participate in phosphorus (P) cycle, which turn affects crop yield and quality. However, how biological chemical parameters respond to mineral P fertilizer application rates rhizosphere soil remains unclear. Here, a pot experiment was conducted investigate the effects of different (0, 60, 120, 300 kg P2O5 ha−1) on properties bacterial community maize Mollisol. With increasing rates, organic carbon concentration decreased, while Olsen inorganic (Po) fractions concentrations increased. High-throughput 16S rRNA gene sequencing showed that relative abundances some beneficial bacteria (Anaerolinea, Anaeromyxobacter, Kaistia Rhodobacter) significantly increased with reduced meanwhile those other (Mesorhizobium, Microvirga, Rhizobacter Skermanella) decreased under high rates. Redundancy analysis (RDA) labile Po main driver differences structure. Bacterial diversity composition indirectly affected via octacalcium-bound P, occluded Fe/Al-bound Po, moderately Po. The results suggested reducing can promote growth increase diversity.
